Introduction

What was once the Ben Venue Primary School is now a housing development with a mixed range of community and private housing. The private housing is contained within a gated secure subdivision. All houses within the subdivision have been designed on passive-solar design principals and strict covenants regarding building size, site layout and building materials. New England Design Group was chosen as the preferred designer for all buildings within the subdivision. Here are a few of the houses within the subdivision.
